실험 절차

A solution of Ethyl 2-(3,4-dihydro-3-oxo-2H-benzo[b][1,4]oxazin-7-yl)propanoate (80 mg, 0.321 mmol) in 90% aq. EtOH (5 mL) was added NaOH (64 mg, 1.60 mmol) at room temperature. The reaction mixture was stirred for 12 hrs at 50° C. then cooled to room temperature. The mixture was diluted with H2O (20 mL) and acidified with AcOH then extracted with CH2Cl2. The organic layer was dried over MgSO4, filtered, and concentrated in vacuo.
