실험 절차

1-[1-(2-Toluoylmethyl)-2-oxo-5-cyclohexyl-8-methyl-1,3,4,5-tetrahydro-2H-1,5-benzodiazepin-3-yl]-3-(3-ethoxycarbonylphenyl)urea (0.26 g) was dissolved in a mixed solvent of tetrahydrofuran (5 ml) and ethanol (5 ml), aqueous lithium hydroxide monohydrate (0.18 g) solution (5 ml) was added, and the mixture was stirred at room temperature for 3 hour. The reaction mixture was concentrated under reduced pressure, the residue was weakly acidified with 1N hydrochloric acid, and extracted with chloroform. The organic layer was successively washed with water and saturated brine, the solvent was evaporated under reduced pressure, and diisoproryl ether was added to the residue for trituration, collected by filtration, to thereby obtain 0.20 g of the titled compound as yellow-white powder (Yield: 82%)
