실험 절차

To a solution of the intermediate from step G (isomer B) (0.14 g, 0.24 mmol) in 10 ml of 1:1 THF/MeOH was added 5 N NaOH (1 mL). After stirring the reaction at room temperature for 2 hours, it was concentrated in vacuo. The residue was acidified with 1N HCl (10 ml) and the resulting mixture was extracted with ethyl acetate, dried over anhydrous Na2SO4 filtered and concentrated in vacuo. This material was used in the next step without any further purification.
