실험 절차

5-(5-Fluoro-2-methylphenoxymethyl)-6-(4-hydroxy-2-methoxyphenyl)-2,2,4-trimethyl-1,2-dihydroquinoline (Reference Compound No. 3-1, 30.2 mg, 0.070 mmol) and Boc-glycine (15.1 mg, 0.086 mmol) were dissolved in N,N-dimethylformamide (1 mL), N,N-diisopropylethylamine (31.4 μL, 0.18 mmol) and O-(7-azabenzotriazol-1-yl)-N,N,N,N-tetramethyluronium hexafluorophosphate (35.4 mg, 0.093 mmol) were added thereto, and then the mixture was stirred at room temperature overnight. Ethyl acetate (10 mL) was added to the reaction mixture, then the mixture was washed with water (10 mL) and saturated brine (10 mL) successively. The organic layer was dried over anhydrous magnesium sulfate and the solvent was removed under reduced pressure. The obtained residue was purified by silica gel column chromatography (hexane-ethyl acetate) to give the titled compound (35.3 mg) as a colorless amorphous product. (Yield 86%)
