실험 절차

(3R*,5S*)-1-(tert-Butoxycarbonyl)-5-[({2-tert-butyl-4-[(2-furylmethyl)amino]pyrimidin-5-yl}carbonyl)(isobutyl)amino]piperidine-3-carboxylic acid (100 mg), HOBt (41 mg) and WSC.HCl (52 mg) were dissolved in acetonitrile (3 ml), 4-methylpiperidin-4-ol monohydrochloride (27 mg) and triethylamine (75 μl) were added and the mixture was stirred at room temperature for 15 hr. The reaction mixture was concentrated, the residue was diluted with water, and the mixture was extracted with ethyl acetate. The extract was washed with saturated brine, and dried over anhydrous sodium sulfate. The solvent was evaporated under reduced pressure and the residue was purified by silica gel column chromatography. The fraction eluted with ethyl acetate-hexane (1:5-3:1) was concentrated under reduced pressure to give the object compound (110 mg).
