실험 절차

1 g of the compound obtained in stage E is mixed with 2.3 g of potassium hydroxide and 5 ml of water. The reaction medium is heated to reflux for 4 hours. 20 ml of water are then added and the mixture is extracted 4 times with 50 ml of toluene. The organic phase is dried to obtain, after evaporation of the solvent, 6-fluoro-3-piperid-4-yl-1,2-benzisoxazole.
