실험 절차

The product from step (i) was dissolved in MeOH (20 mL) then a solution of HCl in dioxane (4M, 0.3 ml) was added and stirred overnight. Solvent was removed and the residue purified by RPHPLC to afford the title compound, 0.032 g.
