실험 절차

In a DMF solution containing 100 mg of Boc-Hyp(Bzl)-OH, 33 μl of t-butylamine, 48 mg of HOBt and 71 mg of EDC hydrochloride were added and the resultant mixture was stirred for 14 hr. The reaction mixture was treated similarly to that in Example 33 (Process3) to give 88 mg of the title compound.
