실험 절차

The compound (0.87 g, 2.4 mmol) obtained in step 1 was dissolved in methanol (2.7 mL) and tetrahydrofuran (5.4 mL), 1N aqueous lithium hydroxide solution (2.7 mL) was added, and the mixture was stirred overnight. The reaction mixture was concentrated under reduced pressure, water was added, and the mixture was lyophilized to give the title compound (0.83 g).
