실험 절차

1-Tert-butyl 4-ethyl 4-fluoropiperidine-1,4-dicarboxylate (1.0 g) in tetrahydrofuran (5 mL) was treated with 1.0 N LiAlH4 (2.54 mL) at 0° C. The reaction mixture was stirred at room temperature for 2 hours. Water (0.6 mL) was added to the reaction mixture drop-wise, followed by 2 N aqueous NaOH (0.2 mL). The reaction was stirred for another 1 hour. The solid was removed by filtration via a pack of Celite and washed with ethyl acetate. The filtrate was washed with brine, dried over MgSO4, filtered, and concentrated to give the product.
