실험 절차

To a stirred suspension of 6-hydroxy-1,2,3,4-tetrahydro-isoquinoline-7-carbaldehyde hydrobromide (129 mg, 0.5 mmol) and nicotinoyl chloride hydrochloride (107 mg, 0.6 mmol) in 1,2-dichloroethane (6 mL), ethyldiisopropylamine (259 μL, 194 mg, 1.5 mmol) was added and the mixture was stirred at room temperature for 3 h. After dilution with 1,2-dichloroethane (30 mL) the mixture was washed with water (3×5 mL). After drying over MgSO4 and concentration the title compound (99 mg, 0.35 mmol, 70%) was obtained.
