The title compound was prepared according to the procedure described in Example 11 using 3,4-ethylenedioxybenzaldehyde and N-isopropylhydroxylamine. The crude produce was purified by column chromatography over silica gel using ethyl acetate as the eluant. The title compound was isolated in 53% yield as a solid, m.p. 108.8° C. (Rf =0.31 on a silica gel plate using EtOAc as the eluant).
