The compound 8 (375 mg, 1 mmol) was converted to the enol ether with 1-methoxy-1-cyclodecene (505 mg, 3 mmol) in the same manner as the example 10 to give the compound 12 (336 mg, 66%) as oil. Rf 0.55 (Al2O3 60, Type E, 10:1 toluene - EtOAc).
