Reaction Steps
The compound 89 (245 mg, 0.6 mmol) was converted to the carbamate with stearoyl isocyanate (5 eq.) in the same manner as the example 66 to give the compound 96 (179 mg, 42%). Mp. 73-77° C. Rf 0.46 (EtOAc).
