5 ml of pyridine and 7 g of p-toluenesulfonyl chloride were added to a solution of 6.5 g of the compound obtained in Example 3a in 20 ml of dichloromethane and then the mixture was stirred for 4 hours. The organic layer was washed with 10% aqueous citric acid and then with water and dried over sodium sulfate. The solvent was evaporated under reduced pressure, and the resulting residue was purified by silica gel column chromatography (ethyl acetate) to obtain 6.57 g of the title compound (yield: 53%).
