Reaction Steps
The title compound was prepared from 6-chloronicotinoyl chloride and 3-bromo-4-methoxy-6-nitroaniline and was obtained as a yellow solid as described in Example 1. 1H NMR (DMSO-d6): 10.84 (s, 1H), 8.93 (d, J=2.4, 1H), 8.34-8.30 (m, 1H), 7.98 (s, 1H), 7.76 (d, J=8.4, 1H), 7.70 (s, 1H), 3.97 (s, 3H).
