The title compound was prepared from 6-chloronicotinoyl chloride and 4-amino-3-nitrobenzophenone and was obtained as a yellow solid as described in Example 1. 1H NMR (CDCl3): 11.61 (bs, 1H), 9.12 (d, J=8.7, 1H), 9.06 (d, J=2.4, 1H), 8.79 (d, J=1.8, 1H), 8.28-8.25 (m, 1H), 8.23-8.19 (m, 1H), 7.82-7.81 (m, 1H), 7.80-7.79 (m, 1H), 7.67-7.64 (m, 1H), 7.58-7.53 (m, 3H).
