The title compound was prepared from 6-cyanonicotinic acid and 4-ethoxy-2-nitroaniline as a yellow solid as described in Example 15. 1H NMR (CDCl3): 11.22 (s, 1H), 9.31-9.30 (m, 1H), 8.81 (d, J=9.3, 1H), 8.42-8.38 (m, 1H), 7.90-7.87 (m, 1H), 7.76 (d, J=3.0, 1H), 7.34-7.30 (m, 1H), 4.12 (q, J=6.9, 2H), 1.47 (t, J=6.9, 3H).
