Coupling of ketone 5 and 3-(3-fluorophenyl)-1-propylamine, using the method given in Example 1, gave 6-{trans-4-[3-(3-fluorophenyl)propylamino]-cyclohexyl}-3H-benzoxazol-2-one (1.4 g, 37%) as the HCl salt: 1H NMR (500 MHz, DMSO-d6): δ 11.48 (s, 1H), 8.79 (s, 2H), 7.38-7.33 (m, 1H), 7.17 (s, 1H), 7.12-7.08 (m, 2H), 7.06-6.97 (m, 3H), 3.10-3.03 (m, 1H), 2.97-2.89 (m, 2H), 2.71 (dd, J=8, 8 Hz, 2H), 2.57-2.50 (m, 1H), 2.18-2.11 (m, 2H), 1.98-1.92 (m, 2H), 1.89-1.85 (m, 2H), 1.57-1.46 (m, 4H).
