0.027 g of Pd—C (10%) was added to a solution of 0.11 g (0.30 mmol) of [3,5-diethyl-1-(3-hex-1-ynyl-phenyl)-1H-pyrazol-4-yl]-[4-(2-hydroxy-ethyl)-[1,4]diazepan-1-yl]-methanone in 5 ml of MeOH and the reaction mixture was then hydrogenated with H2 (1 bar) at RT for 1 hour. After removal the catalyst by filtration, the solvent was evaporated completely to afford the title compound as light yellow oil. MS: 455.3 (MH+).
