Compound 424 (50 mg, 0.12 mmol) and O-(2-Methyl-thiazol-4-ylmethyl)-hydroxylamine (36 mg, 0.25 mmol) were treated as described for compound 337. Flash chromatography (ethyl acetate/petroleum ether: graduated from 67/33 to 100/0) provided the title compound. 1H NMR (CDCl3) δ 10.0-9.0 (bs, 1H), 7.76 (dd, 1H), 7.67 (d, 1H), 7.42-7.30 (m, 3H), 7.15 (s, 1H), 7.00-6.84 (m, 3H), 6.75 (dd, 1H), 5.98 (bs, 1H), 5.04 (s, 2H), 2.64 (s, 3H), 2.45 (s, 3H)
