Reaction Steps
1.20 g (6,18 mmol) of tert-butyl 3-cyanomethyleneazetidine-1-carboxylate (WO 2009/064 835) are dissolved in 15 mL of methanol in a sealed tube. 6.18 mL (12.36 mmol) of a solution of dimethylamine in methanol are added and the reaction medium is stirred at 80° C. for 3 hours.
