Reaction Steps
Benzyl-(2-{4-[3-(5-cyano-pyrazin-2-yl)-ureido]-phenyl}-ethyl)-carbamic acid tert-butyl ester (1 mmol) was treated with 4N HCl in dioxane (10 ml) and stirred overnight at room temperature. The product was precipitated by addition of dry ether. The crude was purified by column using 0-100% 7 N NH3/MeOH in DCM to afford the title compound as a free base.
