Procedure
A solution of HCl in 1,4-dioxane (0.05 mL) was added to a solution of tert-butyl 2-chloro-4-(3-(5-cyanopyrazin-2-yl)ureido)-5-methoxyphenethyl(4-fluorobenzyl)-carbamate (0.03 g, 0.4 mmol) in DCM (5 mL) at 0° C. The solution was allowed to warm to 10° C. and stirred at this temperature for one hour. The solvents were removed under reduced pressure and the residue was washed with methanol (2×5 mL) to give the title compound (0.017 g, 68%) as a white solid.
