Reaction Steps
The procedure of the Step 4 in Example 39 was repeated except that N-(benzyloxy)-6-(1-oxo-4-(4-(trifluoromethyl)phenyl)isoindolin-2-yl)hexanamide in the step 1 of Example 44 instead of N-(benzyloxy)-6-(4-(2,4-dimethoxyphenyl)-1-oxoisoindolin-2-yl)hexanamide, was used and the reaction was performed for 25 hrs, to obtain the title compound (90%).
