Reaction Steps
The procedure of the step 2 in Example 80 was repeated except that the methyl 6-(2-methyl-3-phenyl-benzamido)hexanoate (61 mg, 0.18 mmol) instead of methyl 6-(3-bromo-2-methylbenzamido)hexanoate, and 15 mg of lithium hydroxide monohydrate (0.36 mmol) were dissolved in 3 mL of THF/H2O (2:1) to obtain the title compound (53 mg, 90%).
