Reaction Steps
The procedure of the step 2 in Example 92 was repeated except that methyl 6-(2-methyl-3-(2,4-dimethoxyphenyl)-benzamido)hexanoate (30 mg, 0.075 mmol) and lithium hydroxide monohydrate (6 mg, 0.15 mmol) were dissolved in 3 mL of THF/H2O (2:1) to obtain the title compound (27 mg, 94%).
