A mixture of 142b (121.6 mg, 0.225 mmol) and LiOH (100 mg, 4.2 mmol) in iPrOH/THF (1:1, 4 mL) and H2O (1 mL) was stirred at 35° C. for 0.5 h. The mixture was evaporated in vacuo and the residue was extracted with EtOAc (20 mL×3). The combined EtOAc extract was concentrated under reduced pressure and the residue was purified by reverse-phase prep-HPLC to afford 142 (54 mg, 48.2%) as a pale yellow solid. LCMS: [M+H]+ 498.1. 1H NMR (500 MHz, DMSO-d6) δ 9.23 (s, 1H), 8.76 (d, J=2.5, 1H), 8.65 (s, 1H), 8.50 (d, J=5.0, 1H), 8.31 (d, J=6.0, 1H), 7.69 (d, J=2.5, 1H), 7.37 (d, J=5.0, 1H), 7.31-7.33 (m, 1H), 6.58 (s, 1H), 4.97 (t, J=4.5, 1H), 4.39-4.43 (m, 2H), 4.10-4.24 (m, 3H), 3.87 (d, J=12.0, 1H), 3.61 (s, 3H), 2.57-2.64 (m, 2H), 2.47 (d, J=6, 2H), 1.79 (d, J=4.0, 2H), 1.69 (d, J=6.0, 2H)
