A mixture of 209e (150 mg, 0.24 mmol) and lithium hydroxide (58 mg, 2.4 mmol) in i-propanol/THF (1:1, 4 mL) and water (1 mL) was stirred at room temperature for 1 h. The mixture was evaporated in vacuo and diluted with water (4 mL). It was then extracted with ethyl acetate (2×10 mL). The combined ethyl acetate extract was concentrated under reduced pressure and the residue was purified by reverse-phase prep-HPLC to afford 209 (75 mg, 53%) as a white solid. MS-ESI: [M+H]+ 583.3. 1H NMR (500 MHz, T=80° C., DMSO-d6) δ 8.44 (d, J=8.5 Hz, 1H), 7.93-7.90 (m, 2H), 7.34 (d, J=4.5 Hz, 1H), 7.29 (d, J=8.5 Hz, 1H), 6.56 (s, 1H), 5.98 (s, 1H), 4.72-4.63 (m, 3H), 4.45-4.43 (m, 2H), 4.16-4.10 (m, 3H), 3.99-3.86 (m, overlap, 5H), 3.58 (s, 3H), 2.62-2.57 (m, 2H), 2.49-2.47 (m, 2H), 2.08 (s, 3H), 1.83-1.77 (m, 2H), 1.72-1.68 (m, 2H).
