A mixture of 232e (180 mg, 0.30 mmol) and lithium hydroxide (130 mg, 3.0 mmol) in THF/i-propanol (6:3, 9 mL) and water (3 mL) was stirred at 30° C. for 1 h. The mixture was evaporated under reduced pressure and the residue was extracted with ethyl acetate (2×20 mL). The combined ethyl acetate extract was concentrated under reduced pressure and the residue was purified by reverse-phase prep-HPLC to 232 (55 mg, 35%) as white solid. MS-ESI: [M+H]+ 594.3. 1H NMR (500 MHz, CDCl3) δ 8.72 (d, J=3.0 Hz, 1H), 8.51 (d, J=6.0 Hz, 1H), 8.11 (d, J=3.0 Hz, 1H), 7.88 (d, J=2.0 Hz, 1H), 7.44-7.36 (m, 2H), 6.90 (s, 1H), 6.80-6.78 (m, 1H), 5.08-5.04 (m, 1H), 4.64-4.50 (m, 2H), 4.34-4.29 (m, 1H), 4.16-4.10 (m, 2H), 3.91-3.87 (m, 1H), 3.72 (s, 3H), 3.03-3.00 (m, 2H), 2.62-2.56 (m, 4H), 2.46-2.42 (m, 1H), 2.36 (s, 1H) 2.13-2.07 (m, 2H), 1.92-1.82 (m, overlap, 8H).
