A mixture of 0.200 g of the compound obtained in Step 3.2, and 1.22 g of formic acid is irradiated in a microwave field for 2 minutes at 180° C. The reaction mixture is taken up in EtOAc and then evaporated under reduced pressure. The residue is chromatographed on silica gel, eluting with a CH2Cl2/MeOH mixture from (100/0, v/v) to (97/3, v/v) to give the expected product.
