A mixture of 0.112 g of the compound obtained in Step 9.1, 0.031 g of caesium fluoride and 0.003 g of tetrabutylammonium fluoride in 5 ml of DMF is stirred overnight at room temperature. The resulting mixture is evaporated under reduced pressure. The residue is taken up in DCM. This solution is washed with water, and the organic phase is dried over MgSO4, filtered and evaporated under reduced pressure. The residue is chromatographed on silica gel, eluting with EtOAc to give 0.084 g of the expected product.
