Benzoyl isocynate (132 mg, 0.896 mmol) is added to a solution of 4-[2-(2-methoxy-phenyl)-ethyl]-pyridin-2-ylamine (93.0 mg, 0.407 mmol) in CH2Cl2 (4 mL), and the mixture is stirred at 60° C. After 20 hours, the mixture is concentrated to give the crude product, which is used in the next step without purification.
