Reaction Steps
Compound 102a (1.75 g, 4.08 mmol) was suspended in 4.0 M HCl/dioxane (10 mL) and stirred at room temperature for 5 h. It was then concentrated under reduced pressure to afford 102b (1.2 g, 81%). MS: [M+H]+ 329.
