A mixture of 117h (140 mg, 0.20 mmol) and lithium hydroxide (48 mg, 2.0 mmol) in i-propanol/THF (1:1, 4 mL) and water (1 mL) was stirred at 30° C. for 1 h. The mixture was evaporated in vacuo and the residue was diluted with water (5 mL). It was then extracted with ethyl acetate (2×10 mL). The combined ethyl acetate extract was concentrated under reduced pressure and the residue was purified by reverse-phase prep-HPLC to afford 117 (85 mg, 64%) as a white solid. MS-ESI: [M+H]+ 664.4. 1H NMR (500 MHz, CDCl3) δ 12.45 (s, 1H), 8.26 (s, 1H), 7.86 (d, J=8.5 Hz, 2H), 7.66 (d, J=8.0 Hz, 2H), 7.11 (d, J=9.0 Hz, 1H), 6.96 (d, J=8.0 Hz, 2H), 6.88 (s, 1H), 4.74-4.68 (m, 4H), 4.66-4.60 (m, 2H), 4.17-4.09 (m, 3H), 3.91-3.90 (m, 1H), 3.59 (t, J=6.5 Hz, 1H), 3.25-3.23 (m, 4H), 2.59-2.52 (m, 8H), 1.89-1.80 (m, 4H).
