Reaction Steps
A mixture of 123a (200 mg, 0.25 mmol) and CF3COOH (4 mL) was stirred at room temperature for 2 h. The mixture was then concentrated under reduced pressure to afford crude 123b as a yellow solid (160 mg, 90%), which was used for the next step without further purification. MS-ESI: [M+H]+ 720.4
