Reaction Steps
Following the procedure of Example 5(c) 3-(4-cyano phenoxy)-5-hydroxy benzoic acid 0.9 g (3.52 mmol) and piperazine-1-carboxylic acid ethyl ester (0.556 g, 3.52 mmol) were used to afford 0.52 g of the required product. Percentage purity (LCMS): 90.2%, (M+1)=395.1+1.
