3-Bromo-7-chloro-6-(4-phenylpiperidine-1-carbonyl)pyrazolo[1,5-a]pyrimidine (3.0 g, 7.2 mmol) obtained in step 3 was dissolved in N-methylpyrrolidinone (30 mL), benzylamine (2.0 mL, 17.9 mmol) was added, and the mixture was stirred at 70° C. for 2 hr. 10% Aqueous citric acid solution (10 mL) and water (100 mL) were added to the reaction mixture, and the mixture was stirred at room temperature for 1 hr. The precipitate was collected by filtration, and washed with water (50 mL) to give the title compound (3.2 g, 90%).
