The 5-(4-chloro-benzyl)-2-[4-(2,2-dimethyl-[1,3]dioxolan-4-ylmethoxy)-3,5-dimethyl-phenyl]-7-propoxy-oxazolo[5,4-d]pyrimidine obtained in step (a) was dissolved in 6 ml of dichloromethane and 2 ml of trifluoroacetic acid. The reaction mixture was stirred for 2 h at room temperature. Then the solvents were removed in vacuo and the residue was purified by preparative HPLC (method HPLC1). 4.1 mg of the title compound were obtained.
