The reaction solution was purified directly via flash chromatography on silica gel to provide 458 (130 mg, 44% yield) as a white powder. LC-MS (M+H=360, obsd.=360). 1H NMR (400 MHz, DMSO-D6) δ 8.53 (dd, J=6.3, 11.9, 2H), 8.06 (d, J=8.7, 1H), 7.86 (s, 1H), 7.80 (d, J=8.0, 1H), 7.56 (d, J=7.6, 1H), 7.44 (d, J=8.5, 2H), 7.31 (m, 1H), 6.91 (d, J=9.0, 1H), 6.22 (s, 1H), 5.71 (s, 2H), 3.80 (s, 3H).
