Dissolve 3.3 g (0.0046 mol) of the product of Step A in 7 ml ethanol and treat with 70 ml of 2 N HCl in diethyl ether stirring overnight. Filter the mixture and dry the residue at 70° C. at reduced pressure to yield 1.95 g of the title 46.09, H-10.10, N-11.95, Cl-30.24; Found C-46.23, H-9.94, N-12.11, Cl-29.99.
