A solution of Example 69D (0.55 g, 1.16 mmol) in TFA (10 ml) was heated at 50° C. for 6 h. Volatile were removed and the residual was purified by HPLC (C-18, 0-100% gradient CH3CN with 0.1% TFA in water with 0.1% TFA) to provide Example 69E. MS (DCI): m/z 341 (M+H)+.
