To a solution of Example 17A (50 mg, 0.165 mmol) in dichloromethane (5 mL) was added HCl (4 M in dioxane, 824 μL, 3.30 mmol). After reaction completion as indicated by LC/MS analysis, the solution was concentrated and purified by preparative HPLC to afford the title compound. 1H NMR (500 MHz, DMSO-d6/D2O) δ ppm 7.48 (t, J=7.48 Hz, 1H), 7.36 (d, J=7.02 Hz, 1H), 7.19-7.29 (m, 2H), 3.47-3.57 (m, 1H), 3.35-3.44 (m, 2H), 3.10-3.35 (m, 6H), 1.76 (s, 2H); MS (ESI) m/z 204.0 (M+H)+.
