Reaction Steps

To a solution of Example 252D in dichloromethane (3 mL) was added HCl (4 M dioxane, 4 mL). The reaction was stirred for 4 hours before the reaction solution was concentrated. NaOH (1 M 10 mL) and dichloromethane (10 mL) were added, and the organic layer collected. Purification via flash chromatography (0-30% methanol/dichloromethane) afforded the title compound.
