Reaction Steps
Following the procedure used to prepare 1-(5-fluoro-2-methoxy-phenyl)-3-phenyl-prop-2-yn-1-ol, 2,4,5-trimethoxybenzaldehyde was reacted to give the title compound as an off-white solid (535 mg, 90%). LCMS (Method B): RT=3.99 min, [M+Na]+=321.
