To a solution of tert-butyl 1-(4-(1-oxo-3-phenyl-1H-inden-2-yl)phenyl)cyclobutylcarbamate (6 mg, 0.0133 mmol) in DCM (1.0 mL) was added 2 M HCl in ether (2.0 mL). The reaction mixture was stirred at RT for 24 h and concentrated in vacuo to give the title compound (3 mg, 64%). 1H NMR (500 MHz, CD3OD): 7.65-7.10 (m, 13H), 2.75-2.60 (m, 2H), 2.55-2.45 (m, 2H), 2.20-2.05 (m, 1H), 1.95-1.80 (m, 1H). LCMS (Method I): [M+H]+=353.
