Reaction Steps
Following the procedure used to prepare 6-fluoro-3-iodo-2-phenyl-chromen-4-one, 8-methoxy-7-(3-phenyl-propynoyl)-2-(2-trimethylsilanyl-ethoxymethyl)-2H-[1,2,4]triazolo[4,3-a]pyridin-3-one was reacted to give the title compound as a cream solid (958 mg, 81%). LCMS (Method A): RT=4.80 min, [M+H]+=536.
