A solution of 1-(2-chloro-phenyl)-3-(6-chloro-pyrimidin-4-yl)-urea (99 mg, 0.35 mmol), 4-(3-morpholin-4-yl-propoxy)-phenylamine [Chabrier et al. Bull. Soc. Chim. Fr. 1955; 1353] (83 mg, 0.35 mmol), and concentrated HCl (0.1 ml, 1.4 mmol) in ethanol (5 ml) was refluxed for 32 h. The reaction mixture is cooled to RT, and diluted with water. The acidic solution is washed with ethyl acetate, basified with aqueous ammoniac, and extracted with DCM. The combined organic phases are dried over sodium sulfate, evaporated in vacuo, the residue is crystallized from water/methanol/1 N HCl to afford the title compound.
