Procedure
To tert-butyl 4-(5-(6-(2-aminopyrimidin-5-yl)-2-morpholinopyrimidin-4-ylamino)pyridin-2-yl)piperazine-1-carboxylate (prepared as described in Example 1 from 5-(6-chloro-2-morpholinopyrimidin-4-yl)pyrimidin-2-amine and commercially available tert-butyl 4-(5-aminopyridin-2-yl)piperazine-1-carboxylate, 30 mg, 0.06 mmol) were added 5 mL of 4N HCl in dioxane. After stirring for one hour, the solution was concentrated in vacuo. The residue was dissolved in a 3:1 acetonitrile and water and lyophilized to afford the desired product LC/MS (m/z): 435.2 (MH+), Rt 1.52 minutes.
