tert-Butyl [(1R,3S)-3-isopropyl-3-({4-[4-(trifluoromethyl)pyrimidin-2-yl]piperazin-1-yl}carbonyl)cyclopentyl]carbamate (290 mg, 0.60 mmol) was dissolved in a 4.0 M solution of HCl in 1,4-dioxane (10 mL). After being stirred at room temperature for 1 h, the mixture was concentrated to give 270 mg of desired product. MS calculated for C18H26F3N5O: (M+H) 386; found 386.1.
